Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. [United States Code, Title 18, Part 1 Chapter 115, paragraph 2381].

Unfortunately our Country, the United States of America, was attacked one Sunday morning on December 7, l942 by the terrorists Japan at Pearl Harbor. Which was the beginning of WWII with our allies.
American citizens turned to one another with love and understanding. Our servicemen were sent to countries where most of them had never visited before, nor even imagined they would. Young men stationed in lands which they were not familiar with, in battle with enemies for the sake of protecting our beautiful country. Placed in difficult situations, in Japanese POW camps, Nazi POW under torturious circumstances. Even our movie stars joined the service placing their careers on hold, many were heros. No one ever complained, it was their honorable duty to protect the country they loved with pride.
l941 to l945 during the WWII years disrupted our country extremely. Nothing was the same as it had been, these were very long years of sacrifice for everyone. Losing loved ones in combat, greeting servicemen home with missing limbs and parts of their bodies, and still maintaining the strength of our America. We banded together.
Back home, we never witnessed any complaints or protestors, we did not have any, because we all had deep respect for our Country. Proud to be Americans. We were united as ONE.
We felt secure that our United States of America would never be attacked again.
We were wrong. On September 11, 2001 we were attacked by terrorists on our shores at the Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in our Capital.
Our country was united again in support. We move forward.
We, THE PEOPLE, are proud citizens of the United States of America. Our flags fly over this land with symbols of our colors.
Red symbolizes Hardiness and Valor, White symbolizes Purity and Innocence and Blue represents Vigilance, Perseverance and Justice.
WE THE PEOPLE of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
