THANK YOU for visiting memories during the Forties, our WWII generation!

We are very patriotic,  proud to be Americans, and display it.  We stand at attention in respect for our flag, we adhere to traditions.   We should not forget the soldiers who protected our country during WWII when our country was attacked by the Japanese on December 7, 1941.  Within two hours 18 warships, 188 aircraft and 2,403 servicemen were lost.   First attack by the "kamilkaze" was 1944 at the Philippines.  Atrocious torture was effected by the Japanese on our troops and others. Japan has denied everything. In their history books and in their school books, they have re-written history in an effort to falsely show they were the victims of the War, citing the atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as proof of their victimization. An atomic bomb struck Hiroshima August 6, 1945. Another on Nagasaki August 8, 1945 which ended  WWII through the Japanese surrendering on September 2, 1945.  VE Day May 8, 1945 and VJ Day August 15,1945. Always remember the nurses who served caring for our wounded, or sacrificing their lives.

The United States of America will never back down from tyranny and terror.

Treason:  Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. [United States Code, Title 18, Part 1 Chapter 115, paragraph 2381].
